When will I receive my order?
We ship our orders every business day. You can expect the delivery between three and six business days. Please note that during holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be a little bit longer.
Which method of payments do you accept?
We accept payments from all the major credit card providers: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Dinners and American Express. You can also pay with Paypal.
What can I do if I haven’t received my order?

Can I place an order without registering?
Of course. Registration is not mandatory, but it makes your shopping experience easier in case you are uncertain about your purchase and would like to return for a browse later.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
You can enter a valid discount code when adding products to cart or later at the checkout at the top of the page.
Why are out of stock products listed on your website?
On a rare occasion we run out of stock of a particular item and they are unavailable to order at that time. These products are usually restocked within days so keep checking. Products that are discontinued are not displayed on the site.
Can I trust Popermint store?

– how easy is it to find the contact information about a company.
– are you actually receiving replies from their contacts (you can always check the full email from the sender of an email). Is the contact email published? Is there a valid phone number available and\or do they have established live chat option?
– what payment options are available? Which credit cards are accepted? In case you can pay via Paypal, you are protected and they will hold a payment in case you don’t receive your order.
